We are neither willing nor obligated to participate in dispute resolution proceedings before a consumer arbitration board (§ 36 VSBG). (Note: the EU's online dispute resolution platform was discontinued on 20 July 2025.)

As a service provider, we are responsible under § 7 para. 1 DDG for our own content on these pages in accordance with general laws.
